5 Day Serengeti Fly-In, Drive-Out Safari

After breakfast, transfer from your hotel in Arusha to the airport for your scheduled flight to Serengeti National Park. Upon arrival at the Serengeti airstrip, you will be met by your professional safari guide and begin your first game drive immediately.

Explore the Serengeti as you make your way toward your accommodation. The park is famous for its endless plains and extraordinary wildlife, including lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, buffalo, zebras and wildebeest.

Enjoy lunch during the safari before continuing with an afternoon game drive. Depending on the season, your guide will also monitor the location of the Great Wildebeest Migration. Arrive at your lodge or tented camp in the evening for dinner and overnight.

After an early breakfast, depart for a full-day game drive through the Serengeti National Park. Spend the day exploring the plains and searching for the park's famous predators and herbivores. Your experienced guide will select the best areas according to current wildlife activity and seasonal movements.

Look out for lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, buffalo, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest and hippos. If the season is right, you may encounter large concentrations of wildebeest and zebra associated with the Great Migration.

Enjoy a picnic lunch in the wilderness before continuing your afternoon game drive. Return to your accommodation in the evening for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, enjoy a final morning game drive in the Serengeti. Continue exploring the park as you make your way toward the Serengeti exit, giving you another opportunity to encounter wildlife. Later, drive toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area through the beautiful landscapes of northern Tanzania.

Enjoy lunch en route before continuing toward the Ngorongoro Highlands. Arrive at your lodge in the afternoon and spend the remainder of the day relaxing and enjoying the spectacular surroundings. Prepare for an early start the following morning for your Ngorongoro Crater safari.

After breakfast, enjoy a relaxed morning around the Ngorongoro Highlands. Drive to Empakaii Crater Explore the crater as it’s the good place for picnic Bird Viewing, Walking Safari, you may enjoy an optional nature walk and cultural experience around the area as there are also Masai Village. Later, continue exploring the scenic surroundings before returning to your lodge. The afternoon provides time to relax and prepare for the following day's crater descent.

After an early breakfast, descend into the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater for your final game drive. Explore the crater floor, which supports an extraordinary concentration of wildlife. Look out for lions, elephants, buffalo, hippos, zebras, wildebeest, gazelles and, with luck, the endangered black rhinoceros.

Enjoy a picnic lunch during the crater safari before ascending the crater walls. After leaving the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, begin the drive back to Arusha. Arrive in Arusha in the afternoon or evening, where your 5-Day Serengeti Fly-In, Drive-Out Safari comes to an end.
